Cowell is currently living in the 700 block of North Palm where he has his staff carefully lay out boards before driving his sleek black Bugatti Veyron down his expansive driveway. It's just one of a fleet of black cars that he owns -- though his Smart car probably doesn't get babied this much!

Music Producer and The X Factor judge, Simon Cowell is seeking a buyer for his four bedroom six bathroom gated property in the exclusive Beverly Hills area of Trousdale Estates. Located on a ridge, it includes magnificent views of Los Angeles. This 1966 home was built by famed mid-century architect Hal Levitt. Originally owned by noted film producer Ross Hunter (Imitation of Life, Airport), the previous owner to Cowell was the AEG Live CEO Randy Phillips. Phillips, who was recently involved in the Michael Jackson wrongful death lawsuit, sold this estate two years ago for $15.5 million. Cowell closed escrow on his birthday. Phillips is believed to have paid $4.63 million in 2004. Current asking price is $20 million. Allegedly, Cowell has already had one offer for $15 million which he promptly turned down.
