Kelly Wearstler, a judge on both seasons of the Bravo show Top Design and her husband, property developer Brad Korzen, is rumored to finally be in escrow for their lavish 809 North Hillcrest Road home in Beverly Hills. Remodeled in the '30s by architect James E. Dolena (and more recently updated by architect M. Brian Tichenor), this spectacular estate includes a screening room, tennis court, gym, and pool. Wearstler is known for her work decorating boutique hotels (Avalon, the Viceroy Hotel and Resorts), as well as, being a fashion designer. She also has her own line of home goods sold at Bergdorf Goodman. This property was previously owned by producer Albert "Cubby" Broccoli and his wife Dana. Cubby is most remembered for his work on the James Bond series.
