Freddy DeMann, producer and co-founder of Madonna's Maverick Records, recently purchased a home in the 900 block of North Alpine Drive in Beverly Hills for $7,440,000.  He sold his previous Bel Air estate for $18,000,000 to Ross Perot, Jr. in April 2013.  Ross Perot, Jr. is the only son of Ross Perot whom you might remember as the businessman who ran for president in 1992 and 1996.  Ross Perot was also the one who financed and organized the release of two captives by the Iranian government in 1979.  This Bel Air property was also the former home of Nancy Daly Riordan who was married to Robert A. Daly, the ex Co-Chairman of Warner Brothers.
